• info_outline Flood Zones:

  FEMA Flood Zones are marked in Red. Properties, in or close to this zone can have higher insurance premiums. The nearest Flood Zone is calculated for every property in the Infobar.

• info_outline Fire Hydrants:

  Fire Hydrants locations are displayed on the map when zoomed in, and distances to the closest Hydrant is returned for each property. Properties further away from hydrants may have higher insurance premiums.

  Zoning information from Amarillo is available by pressing the green Zoning button, and are color coded by type. Hovering a mouse pointer over a zone on a desktop will show the type of the given zone.

  Parcel boundaries are marked with green lines. Boundaries show property lines for each property according to PRAD.
